My Story

Hello! My name is Taylor and I am a registered dietitian passionate about weight management because of my experience. I personally have struggled, and continue to work on managing emotional/stress eating and understanding how foods fit. This didn't happen easily and took time and practice to build healthy habits. Its also something that I continue to work on. 

My goal is to help you in any way I can to make lasting lifestyle changes for you to reach your health goals. Please feel free to reach out or schedule an appointment with me!

My Approach

I believe that all foods can fit. The only "bad" foods are ones that actually cause harm to the body - foods you're allergic to, foods that have expired, or foods that are poisoned. The rest CAN fit! Following diets that are restrictive can lead to deficiencies, lack of energy, and honestly... a lack of joy!

Understanding how foods fit is key! Think of food as fuel (cause thats what it is). You wouldn't put regular gasoline in a diesel truck and you wouldn't put diesel in a regular sedan. You also wouldn't want to run your car on empty!
